30 Day Fitness & Nutrition Challenge

Your habits are the foundation of your life. This 30-day challenge will help you implement the basic foundation to improve your fitness, nutrition and mindset. Consistency builds success! By focusing on habits that we can repeat each week, a healthier, more fulfilled lifestyle will follow suit.

Habits will start with just one per week, stacking onto the prior habit, to round out the last of the 30 days with 4 healthy habits being instilled into your new lifestyle.

The foundational habits we will practice each day are:

  1. Fitness! 3x a week workout (Personal Training, Semi-Private and Group Class options available)

  2. Nutrition! Whole foods, no sugar / alcohol, meal plan focused on individual BMR (Base Metabolic Rate)

  3. Meditation! 10 minute meditation 3x a week

  4. Mindfulness! 10 min journaling 2x a week

We know life happens, and perfection is the enemy of success, but we also want you to see change. To balance that, our goal is to complete these habits 90% of the time for the month.
