-Level up your confidence and learn fresh, practical skills to protect yourself with learning moves from the Gracie Combatives Women Empowerment System.

-Though it is labelled "women's" self defense, I believe that everyone should know how to defense themselves in tough situations- men, women and non-binary. Because feeling empowered is untamed living.
